- Non refundable booking fee required to book any appointment. This will be taken off final payment on the day of your appointment.

- If booking fee is not paid within 48 hours, the appointment will be cancelled and made available for others to book.

​

- No shows will be required to pay full payment of treatment, failure to do so will result in upfront payment being required for all future booking.

- Payment can be made by cash or card.

​

- If you're running late please let me know at your earliest available opportunity, if you do not arrive within 15 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will not be refunded.

- If you need to reschedule / cancel your appointment you will need to give 48 hours notice, any less than 48 hours your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

- Eyelash extensions infills are required every 2-3 weeks. At least 40% of your eyelash extensions are required for an infill, any less will be charged as a full set.
